This presentation will give an overview of the advantages of "Teamcenter Quality", the quality management solution within the collaboration platform Teamcenter. One important aspect of a PLM-integration is the use of the Bill of Material BOM or Bill of Processes BOP for FMEA creation. The Model Based Quality approach allows an automated creation of inspection plans based on 2D/3D PMI information. Another focus is the problem-solving process, supporting root cause analysis by using different quality methods and tracking planning and execution of relevant actions, e.g., an immediate change process initiation, directly involving the design and/or process engineers.
